Refund policy

At NAADRA Living, every piece is carefully selected or handcrafted to celebrate the beauty of Moroccan craftsmanship. Because many of our products are one of a kind, we encourage you to review all product details and dimensions before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be unused and free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@naadraliving.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@naadraliving.com with photographs of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition.
  • Gift cards.

Natural Variations

Our vintage rugs and handcrafted poufs are made by artisans using traditional techniques. Variations in color, texture, weave, dimensions, repairs, fading, and natural signs of age are part of their authenticity and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, we generally do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
